Welcome to FP&A Stellar. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, online learning platform, classroom training, and all educational services provided by the institute. By accessing our website or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Students are responsible for providing accurate registration information and maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials. You agree not to share your login details or allow unauthorized access to your learning account.

Course fees, payment schedules, discounts, and installment plans are communicated during enrollment. Full payment must be made according to the agreed terms. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of access to courses or learning materials.

Enrollment cancellations and refund requests are subject to the institute's Refund Policy. Administrative fees or non-refundable deposits may apply where permitted by applicable laws.

Course schedules, instructors, delivery methods, examination dates, and learning materials may be modified when reasonably necessary. The institute will make reasonable efforts to notify students of significant changes.

All course materials, presentations, videos, recordings, practice questions, study guides, trademarks, and website content remain the intellectual property of the institute or their respective licensors. Students may use these materials solely for personal educational purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share them without prior written permission.

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct during classroom sessions, online classes, examinations, and communications with staff and fellow learners. The institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for misconduct, academic dishonesty, harassment, or misuse of institute resources.

The institute prepares students for professional certification examinations such as CMA and other accounting qualifications but does not guarantee examination success, certification, employment, salary increases, or professional advancement. Examination outcomes depend on each student's individual preparation and performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the institute shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the student for the relevant course.

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The institute reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
